They have been very helpful. Support has gone above and beyond. Email replies were fast as was chat support. They took the time to explain every little detail to me on everything I didn’t understand. Helped with fixing my order as well. I would highly recommend firmoo.

The glasses are lovely and good quality. Unfortunately there was a slight issue where part of the nose bridge was loose but the customer service went above and beyond to resolve my issues and I’m now going to order two more pairs.

I placed an order to the UK and my local delivery service got in touch saying my order had been damaged beyond repair in their transit. I got in touch with Firmoo and spoke with Vinz who couldn’t have been more helpful. There was no hassle they just offered me either a refund or voucher to cover the costs of the order if I was to reorder. I chose the voucher and was assisted in my reorder. This was super easy and as promised the code they gave me put the cost to £0. Once done Vinz expedited the order for me so hopefully won’t be waiting as long this time around. It’s very annoying to have to wait so long for an order due to being in the UK then to receive this notification and have to restart the process however this was an issue with UK delivery courier and not Firmoo - they were great! If you’ve been toying over ordering - do it! However if you’re in the UK and need glasses urgently I’d say use a UK company however if you’re not in a rush they’re a fantastic company for cheaper stunning glasses and can be assured they’re very helpful if there’s any issues. Thank you!
