Great value and great customer services with a very accurate prescription.

I ordered my glasses on 1st feb and received them today and I must say they are absolutely stunning, they also have a slight grey tint to them and they feel really comfortable. I will be ordering sunglasses next. They would have cost me £200 at an opticians but these have cost me a quarter of the price. Thank you A*😁

Love them. I’ve had so many people compliment my glasses, and when I tell them they were £45 including the lens upgrades they can’t believe it. There’s always a sale or discount code that reduces the price. They’re a much higher quality than pairs I’ve previously bought from a major highstreet retailer, and at a fraction of the price. In comparison it makes one “affordable” retailer in particular look really bad. The scratch resistant lenses really are scratch resistant, and even the frame bag/lens cloth combo is superior. Shipping from my experience is about 10 days which is a faster than I expected. I’ve only had a couple issues, like a nose pad coming off, and I bought a pair that was too big. Customer service was great, and were really kind in offering credit or a refund without issue. Overall from order, delivery, and refund they’ve been great. Firmoo has my respect and I’ll only ever buy from them now on.

Muy sorprendida, para bien. Tenía que hacerme unas progresivas para usar puntualmente, ya que llevo lentillas, y no quería gastar mucho dinero, así que me "arriesgué" con Firmoo, y ha sido todo un acierto. Las gafas son preciosas y robustas, la graduación perfecta (les envié la receta directamente) y con la promo de bienvenida me han costado menos de 40 euros. Repito 100%.
