Me gusta mucho esta empresa, tengo varias de sus gafas y son buenas, no pesan y van a la moda. Tengo varios modelos de sus monturas, algunas tienen cristales de sol graduadas o sin graduar y todas son muy buenas.

I was a little skeptical because of the affordability of the glasses on this website, but I am SO PLEASED with my order! I had a small hangup with my PayPal account, and payment was impeded. but they shipped my order as soon as the issue was resolved and I received them not long after. The glasses are very good quality and came with a sleeve to store them as well as a hard case and a cleaning cloth. Their customer service when resolving my payment issue was incredible. They were prompt to reply and friendly. I would definitely order from here again and would definitely recommend others to do the same. I love my glasses!

My feeling with Firmoo is a kind of mixture. My first online glasses order is with Firmoo, I am not 100% happy, but more than acceptable. But after I order from other online stores, I need to say that others are not as good as Firmoo, that is why by now I am pretty happy with Firmoo, both in quality, price and service. Will tell friends, and my self will also come back for future orders.

I ordered a pair in July, receiving the package in about 13 days, pretty acceptable for the shipping. But when I opened the package, the glasses made me totally dizzy. Oh my God, what glasses I have ordered! I contacted Firmoo, they replied, and finally found the problem was that I input the left RX in the right eye, and right RX in the left. Though it is my problem, Firmoo re-fit the lenses, and resend to me with faster courier, which I receive in 5 days. I love Firmoo's A+ service. Will definitely buy from Firmoo and will recommend to friends.

After seeing a lot of bad reviews about this web, I was hesitant to order anything from them. I was worried that the website was a scam and whatnot, but since they offered me a first pair free, I decided to give it a try. Overall, their selection of glasses is terrific, lots of fashionable glasses that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. I got my first pair free with prescription, and only paid 6.95 shipping. I recently gotten contacts, but I wanted a pair of glasses just for backup. I really wasn't worried about the quality of the glasses, since I mostly wear contact lens anyway. I submitted my order, but then realized that I had entered one of my prescription numbers wrong. I instantly changed the order, however they already started processing my lens and it was too late. I immediately contacted customer service about the issue, and they replied the next day. They were very helpful and said that they would immediately start making me a new pair with the correct prescription since it was too late to change the current order. I received my first pair of classes with the incorrect prescription within two weeks. They came with a glasses case, a cloth, and a glasses bag with a tiny screwdriver. The glasses fit perfectly, and were super lightweight and comfortable. Another week later, the glasses with the correct prescription came as well. They didn't charge me anything for the other pair. I love how their customer service is so considerate and replies so quickly to emails. Also, I always seem to have trouble finding glasses that stay on my face. Whenever I find glasses I like, they always seem to slide down my nose no matter how much it is altered. These glasses actually stayed on! Needless to say, the company is very reliable and friendly so I would recommend to anyone!

I recently ordered three pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I bought them and then checked the reviews. I was almost afraid because the company had received such a bad review from the public. Nevertheless, the order was sent, they had my money and I just had to hope for the best. Firmoo pulled through and provided quick postage and three great pairs of glasses. I think people are more likely to jump on, have a dig and give a bad review whenever they have a bad experience with anything. The problem might be that people who did have a good/problem free experience don't always let others know about it. In summary, with my experience, the postage was fair, the glasses arrived unharmed and on time. They look great, they were nicely priced and I'm pretty happy with it all.

I am very satisfied with my glasses, But all i can advice when ordering glasses online is download the original prescription and if your not happy with the glasses then your eyes have not being check properly.
