Are you telling me I can start a business, charge the customer extra for "express shipping", and still make them wait 2-3 weeks for their glasses. I appreciate the free code, seeing as I'm poor, but I really need those glasses for work! You tell me you will get back to me on the 14 because of a Spring holiday that lasts a week...? I put in the order on the 7 hoping to have it BEFORE the 14! I just really need those glasses as soon as possible, and I would definitely like to be refunded for at least half the "express shipping" if it does take two to three weeks. Not cool, Firmoo. How can I get a good service from you guys... There's some poor reviews on here, & I'm one of them. Sending bad prescriptions is also very harmful! I'd like to check my pair as soon as I get them... If I ever do.

Ordered a pair of frames in July. Had the frames for less then 5 months and the antiglare prescription started peeling off the lenses. Left countless messages and was never returned a message or call. I wouldn't recommend this website unless someone was prepared to waste money and time.

My glasses broken before they were a month old. The arm snapped off. When I asked what they would do for me, they said they'd give me a discount on another pair. What?? If your product breaks before 1 month, you should replace it for free. They said I can pay to ship the broken pair back to them for a refund of just the purchase price. I pay the shipping. This is very bad customer service.

Ordered Rx sunglasses. Emailed if UV protection was available. Was told I had six hours to cancel my order. No option under lenses ordering for UV protection. No email response on how to order UV protection. Health of my eyes is not worth cheap glasses. Cancelled order. My health is worth more than saving a few dollars on a mysterious, cheap overseas company. Buyer beware.

I needed a pair of prescription glasses and after getting my eyes tested locally - I thought I would save some money and ordered a pair of glasses from Firmoo. I communicated my need for progressive lenses - paid extra for the lenses and scratch proof coating etc. When the glasses arrived from China- the case was cheap and tacky . Never mind I thought- the glasses only matter. I struggled with them - had difficulty with near focus etc. I needed to save up for a new pair as this pair was giving me really bad headaches and I could not see properly. I went to my local Optician in the city and only when the glasses were tested did I find out that they were NOT made as progressive lenses and NOT made to the prescription I sent them. I was stunned and angry. I have since contacted Firmoo customer service to demand my money back - they have replied telling me to get my eyes tested and offering me $20 off new glasses. This is unacceptable. You would trust the glasses to be made to the prescription sent to them. I will never again purchase glasses from this company again. The glasses scratched easily and are poor quality. They are made in China and trying to communicate with their service staff is a waste of time.. Buyer Beware.

Order glasses Oct 7th. Still have yet to receive them and 6 emails later no response after asking for a full refund. They gave me a bogus offer asking me to pay for the 12.95 re-shipping fee and to order a new pair of glasses. After I refuse to put more money out for a company I still haven't received product from they stop emailing me. I'm frustrated and now I know I will not be ordering from a company who ships usps from China I always have a problem with receiving the product in a timely fashion. Don't order from Firmoo, you might not get your glasses

they offer free 1st time glasses - but you thru 1 hr. setting it up - and voila; they charge you. their website is clumsy! bad pair - no reliable customer service. but - it is cheap... however, there are others just as cheap and actually deliver!!!

The glasses smelled horribly and I couldn't see a thing in them. I contacted the company to return them because I wasn't going to put that smelly product on my face, also the frames were much smaller than they measured online. I ask for a refund and they had the gaull to say I would get my $6 shipping amount back and I could sent the frames I paid $50 for back. I'm I'm great at math and if this isn't a scam then damn I have no idea what is then. If they are going to sell products to Americans then they need to Americanize their customer service and products! Worse company ever. Total scam!!!!
