In rare case, if the eyeglasses do not match the Rx, the Firmoo will look into situation, and have resolved it to the best benefit to the person who ordered the eyeglasses. Also, the eye glasses are good quality made, and yes, I will be ordering my next glasses from Firmoo again. So far in 2 years, I have ordered 4 pair of the glasses for me and my wife, including the special glasses for the sport activity - great product and very good price. Thank you Firmoo!

I would definitely recommend Firmoo, over and over again! I had originally purchased glasses with Firmoo and for some reason I may have put an old prescription in and received the glasses in the mail. I was seeing blurry so I emailed to figure out the problem. Even with the holidays someone got back to me right away to figure out the problem. They asked for my vision type and most current prescription which i sent over. They matched up what i had sent and what they had sent in my glasses and sure enough, they were different. What they did for me next, was beyond great customer service. They gave me a credit to use for new glasses and told me to just donate the glasses I had received (which I actually had stuff to donate to a good cause, and it will go to great use!). I have never had better customer service from a company and I would recommend Firmoo to anyone looking for new glasses (plus, they always have great deals!). A++ service!! :)

I had issues with my orders, and honestly didn't have much hope in receiving help or experiencing attentive customer service from the company and workers of Firmoo. However, they are really amazing and worked to fix the problems I had with my purchases and offered compromise and exceptional products and services.

I received my glasses not long ago and since then I love pairing it with my outfits. I chose mine without any prescriptions however I like the idea that you could order a glasses with a prescription. It was shipped excellently. And I love that it came with a pouch and a hard cover case. It also came with a cloth which you can wipe the glasses with. The website is very easy to make an order and it is used friendly. I recommend you buying from Firmoo :)
