What a great service! I had questions with my order when it was arrived and someone respond me very quickly by email the same day to make sure that everything is ok with my interrogations. My order arrived extremely fast! When I received my two eyeglasses, the quality was so perfect and the color too! It's match exactly like the photo on the site. Seriously the quality is very perfect and the price is great too! I will not paid 300$ anymore for an eyeglasse in another store because I know now that their eyeglasses in firmoo are the same quality! I will order again for sure! Thanks again!

The glasses I bought were EXCEPTIONAL. The fit of the frame where firm and stable. Even though my prescription was hard for me to interpret, they were still able to get the prescription correct. The prices are amazing, and customer services is fantastic! Firmoo is truly the best!

I was thrilled to have found an affordable eyeglass business online. I was, of course, a bit apprehensive about purchasing such an exact thing as eye wear from an online company. However, I gave it a go and in no time I had the glasses I ordered. They seemed too large for my face and I was unsatisfied with the thickness of the lenses. I contacted the company and was Very surprised at their response. I was offered a different pair of glasses that cost the same as the ones I ordered and just had to pay for the new lenses which, by the way, are more to my liking. The new glasses fit me much better. And even though I have very bad eyes and a complicated prescription, Firmoo was able to get me exactly what I needed and I have perfect vision with their eye wear. I spent 8 months trying to get my local company to get me glasses I could see out of properly - but to no avail. Thank You Firmoo for finally getting me attractive glasses I can actually see out of!!
