FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

i ordered 3 pairs of prescription glasses from firmoo on january 09th 2017.. they arrived at my door step via UPS on january 18th.. all 3 pairs came in a nice case with a cleaning cloth for each. all 3 also came with 3 draw string pouches to put the cases in, very nice quality so really i got 2 cases for each. each pair also came with a repair kit including a screw driver and extra screws. one pair came with extra nose pads. i paid 40$ total for all 3 pairs including shipping! i got the cheapest regular shipping too and it was fast.. i had 2 transactions w coupons i got 1st pair free plus shipping for joining firmoo and 2nd order i bought 1 pair and got 1 free plus shipping.but both orders came in same package and same arrival date which i appreciated.. amazing deals! look for coupons... tracking info was easy to understand and accurate.. the longest wait was waiting for the lenses and making the glasses, once they shipped them out from china it only took 2 days! amazing.. THANKS SO MUCH. 1st time buying from firmoo and i will be back for more.

They really want their clients to be satisfied of the service they got and this is a major quality if you want you company to succeed.

I made a mistake and they went out of their way to correct it. I would recommend this company, I can't wait to get my new glasses!

An unfortunate mistake occurred when Firmoo shipped my glasses. It was unfortunate, and frustrating, but Wendy, the Customer Service Rep that helped me, was incredibly accommodating, and posed creative resolutions to the problem, periodically checking in on me every step of the way. I know it was just a simple mistake, and judging by the other reviews, doesn't happen often. Firmoo is the only super budget-friendly online glasses shop with with an "asian" section, so I ended up ordering another pair. So cheap! Anywho, thanks Wendy!

Great prices and very nice products also great customer service!

Extremely helpful customer service and swift answers

Firmoo has great customer service and a wide range of glasses to choose from. It could be a little difficult ordering online because you cannot try on the pair of glasses prior to purchase. I bought a pair that didn't quite work out, but their top-notch customer service representative resolved the issue for me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Firmoo to my friends!

Aanrader
