At first, I was skeptical about ordering a pair of glasses online, but in the end it was absolutely worth my money. The initial pair of glasses I received, I realized that I had made a mistake in ordering. When I contacted a CSR, they were absolutely helpful in getting me a new pair as soon as possible. I will certainly be shopping here again in the foreseeable future, as they have earned my trust as a customer and as a great company.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery! I discovered Firmoo through a Pinoy blogger I was following and decided to do my own research. I felt very skeptical reading all the blogger reviews because most of them received free pairs from the company, and we all know sponsored posts tend to be less than honest. However, I decided to go ahead and order anyway because I really needed a new pair of glasses and they were having a buy 1 get 1 free promo. Plus, their designs are so cute! Before ordering, I messaged customer service asking them if they could get my package sent here before Feb 18. A CSR replied within 24 hrs telling me they could expedite my order and sure enough my package got here in about 10 days! I received 2 pairs of vintage eyeglasses and each came with a hard leather case, microfiber cloth, soft drawstring case and a small screwdriver tool. I was so impressed with the quality of the products I got! The only constructive criticism I can offer would probably be that their website needs a little more work. It looks sketchy at first because the design is very basic. The try-on feature is a nice touch, though, and I appreciate that they provide complete details for each frame which made it easy for me to pick something that would fit my face.

Everything about firmoo is awesome! For my part, the shipping was number 1, the glasses that I recieved looked just as the ones I saw on the website and I was really surprised of how good the quality of these are considering how affordable everything is! I mean, you can't get any better than that. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I contacted Firmoo about two broken pairs of glasses and they replaced them for free, no questions asked. This is especially important for me since glasses are my primary means of corrective vision so I am so thankful for their help!

Before ordering my glasses I sent an email to Firmoo requesting additional information, which was answered promptly, I then went ahead and ordered two pairs of glasses as part of the buy one get one free offer. The customer service is attentive - as my glasses were being made I received emails keeping me informed of the order progress. My glasses arrived in a timely fashion and they are beautiful - stylish and most importantly comfort wise are really light. The aftercare has also been impressive - I highly recommend Firmoo. Firmoo it's the best online company that I know so far. I've ordered several times and always the prescription of the glasses was correct. Also, I'm from Argentina and the package was delivered just fine, without any inconvenience. Finally, it was a great improvement to change the courier to DHL because it accelerated the times of delivery significantly.

Can't be the price and quality. I bought a pair at Target and the quality sucked and the price was through the roof.
