They actually read you email, take the time to answer it correctly and it was really fast. I definitely recommend this company. It was my first time ordering only prescription glasses and they've proven me it worths it.

I regularly buy my glasses from Firmoo and I couldn't be happier. I made a mistake with the info I gave on my last order and they didn't charge me to make a new pair of glasses. They sent me a new pair instantly. I really want to thank Jaycee and the rest of the staff at Firmoo!! Honestly, they made the whole process seamless.

I love this company. My glasses broke I emailed them and they sent me a new pair. I took them to ame eye glasses place and they fixed them for me. I emailed firmoo right away and told them I had gotten them fixed and didn't need the free pair anymore more and they had already sent them and they said it's a gift to me. I would recommend this company you everyone.

I was a little hesitant ordering a pair of glasses for free and from somewhere so far from where I was, but these glasses have exceeding my expectations. The frames are on trend, sturdy, and look amazing. The shipping was incredibly fast -- I was legitimately surprised when they showed up in my mailbox a week after ordering. 100% would order from Firmoo again!

I found their website through one of my friends that advertised them by linking their site onto their instagram bio. As I was browsing through their many options of glasses, there were too many that caught my eyes but I knew I could only choose one. After that, I decided to keep this website at the back of my head to come back whenever I needed new glasses again. Basically, this store has officially become my go-to place. Usually, I'm a very wary person of websites because of the tremendous amount of scamming that happens online, but this one by far is absolutely trustworthy. I ordered my first new pair of glasses and noticed I put in the wrong eye prescription so I decided to return them and was pretty sad about that. HOWEVER, they were kind and considerate enough to give me an option to pick out a new frame without charge. I emailed them and they were pretty patient about my situation. That person that I've been emailing is Kate and she is AWESOME!! Shoutout to Kate, thank you so much! : )
