When they say they'll resolve your issues 100%, they surely do. I ordered glasses and forgot to add a couple of add-ons to my lenses before checkout. I would have had to pay $10 extra, which I had no problem doing so, as long as they could add the extras I wanted. I sent them an email in the afternoon and received one from a representative stating that they'll correct my order and give me the add-ons for free, no charge. I was ecstatic. I said thanks to them and they replied by giving me an additional promo code for 20% glasses to me or 5 of my friends. So happy with their service....something that people don't get enough of these days. Thanks Firmoo! I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

The fit is perfect!!! I have a very strong prescription!!! I paid less than $70.00 for my glasses and my glasses honestly run $400.-$600 . The quality and design is absolutely amazing. You can tell that they care about your eyes. I received an email from the customer service because my prescription was incorrect and I got it corrected. Talk about customer service huh!!! I would recommend Firmoo Firm to anyone and they will definitely take care of you.

I ordered a pair of glasses and when I received them I felt as if I couldn't see as well in them as my old glasses. Turns out that I had ordered a pair that didn't fit my face properly. I emailed Firmoo and they were so great in helping me chose a pair that fit me better and sent them out to me! Awesome!

This was my first time buying prescription glasses online. I was afraid my Rx would be wrong or the glasses wouldn't fit correctly, but once I got them I was more than satisfied. They were perfect! I purchased the glasses Feb 9th and received them Feb 23rd. I have very bad eyesight, so a few days after the 9th I got an email saying because the strength of the prescription making the lens will take an extra 4-7 days. (If you go to any eyesight place in person you usually wait 2 weeks for glasses anyway so I didn't mind the delay.) Firmoo kept me updated the whole time during the process. Once they were completed and shipped on Feb 20th it was super quick shipping. I got them 3 days later (I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping). I will be buying more and I've already recommended the site to friends and family. Thank you Firmoo!

I ordered a pair of glasses and before I received them I got an email from Firmoo stating they had been damaged in shipping. The frame I chose originally was out of stock, so I picked a new one and they shipped it out faster than I expected. Not a bad first experience for a pair of glasses I only had to pay $10 shipping on, I would definitely buy from them again. Even with the issue in shipping, I am happy with my purchase and experience.
