Honestly my expectations on firmoo were really high as I seen videos on YouTube reviews online I just couldn't wait to try them out!!!! I have really bad eyesight witch im not complaining i know there ppl outhere worse ... i would waist around $300 USD on a pair of glasses and i would try to get the cheapest frames and lenses just because i couldn't afford a high end pair of glasses (Dont have insurance) anywayyyy knowing how cheap firmoo is and high hipe about the quality i gave in and started ordering from them i got 2 pairs for me using the Buy 1 get 1 special and 1 free pair for my husband he Loves them !!! And so do I. I had a lil issues with the frames just because one of them the frame was to fragil and the other one the nose part had a weird figure but its just my nose is a lil big and rount however it wasnt firmoo fault..... but after all super great quality glasses!!! I love them even thoe they didn't fit me correct and i contacted firmoo about the issue the gave me a $25off cupon witch is not bad at all im ganna donate the glasses hopefully someone could use them. Now with the other pair was quite fragil the ended up breaking witch i wasn't very happy but things happen.. so i contacted firmoo super great costumer service A+ there ganna send me a new pair off glasses for free im super excited! After all I will give a 5 Star out of 5 excellent !!! Ohh and just for last my package toke 2 weeks to come in witch is pretty quick :) super happy can't wait to purchase more :)

To be honest I was incredibly hesitant to buy eyeglasses online, but the incredible selection and prices won me over and I tentatively ordered a pair. Totally did not realize they offered your first pair free (!!), so my first one was full price at $75... minus shipping discount... They came six days after I ordered them via UPS, which was incredibly quick imo. Far too big for my face, and bent slightly besides; when buying, be SURE to check measurements of the frames against your current ones! I think this is key to buying glasses online. I emailed Firmoo asking about returns and they offer a discount coupon instead to buy a completely new pair! This time I carefully filtered for glasses that would fit my face and ordered again. It took double the amount of time to ship for some reason, LOL, but they're here and they fit perfectly on my face! I'm now looking into prescription sunglasses too. In regards to customer service, asking for help via email usually takes the full 24 hours that they claim to respond within, but I always eventually got a response and they were super accommodating and quite helpful.

I have ordered a number of pairs of eyeglasses from Firmoo and I am very pleased with the quality, pricing, and shipping. They fit well as long as you input your prescription correctly, and measure your own frame sizes before you order.

Good website and very informative about how to order glasses. Had me email them copy of my presci. so they could get my glasses right. Got them in yesterday and I just love the look and fit.

I'm usually skeptical of ordering things online but once I saw all the good reviews Firmoo had, I went ahead and ordered my first pair. They have a wide range of selections and the glasses are all very affordable. Unfortunately, the glasses I ordered didn't fit my face as I would liked, and so I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and were very willing to refund me without me having to even pay the shipping to send them back! Would definitely order from them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Have shopped with Firmoo for the last five years. I have always been satisfied with their glasses and the versatility they allow me in customizing without the stupendous costs. I don't buy just one pair, I buy three or four pairs for less than the price of one at LensCrafters. The customer service is great and the shipping is fast. Love you, Firmoo. Thank you!

I order two pairs of glasses and sadly, I didn't like the fit. They looked too narrow on my face. So I talk to a client service representative who offered me two new pairs of glasses of my choice. I selected bigger models and got it shipped all for free! I really enjoy my experience with Firmoo. I recommended the site to many friends.
