I'm currently trying to order glasses from this website, but the site keeps crashing! Ill be on the site not even two minutes before i'm stuck with a screen that's loading forever until it crashes. I know it is not due to my internet or computer since all other sites i visit work perfectly fine. Its just firmoo!! ugh, talk about a pain...please fix!!

I ordered my glasses (two pair) exact. with express shipment. three days later I checked the status to be told that it will take time due to my specialty lens. Completely understandable! However, - Almost two weeks now has gone by with my shipment order stating a "delivered status". I have not received my glasses to understand that it has been delivered. I called two days ago 02/20/17 to speak to a automated system, seems speaking to an actual human for customer service is impossible. I also sent an email with no response. Here I am frustrated with good money spent and no package in sight. There are no actual people to speak to only some automated system. Status says delivered but no confirmation to what address or time. I am patiently waiting for a response, I want a refund and to be through with firmoo. Do yourself a favor and skip over this website no matter how many cheesy offers and specials they present. Some foreign company/website that is money hungry with bad business.

My son's dog ate my glasses a week ago. Since then, I have been relying only upon contact lenses. After REPEATED calls and e-mails with requests for assistance, I finally received an unhelpful email asking what I needed help with. I responded and have never heard back. I even called the phone number and left a detailed message explaining my dilemma that my eyes were Roth from contacts and I need glasses ASAP. I cannot afford to pay for them through an optometrist office because of Christmas and lack of budget. Firmoo customer service does not exist. If you are in a hurry definitely do not use this service

I have given this order MORE THAN ENOUGH time to get to me and after a month of waiting and no glasses, I'm really upset. I placed my order on October 3rd and it is now November 8th and I still don’t have my glasses. I am mostly upset because I desperately need glasses to see and am constantly straining my eyes causing me a headache. Every time I reach out to you, I get the same answer, "the glasses are on the way"…..but they are NOT!!! I’ve called USPS and the order is not traceable. I’m tired of waiting and really wish I had never even wasted my time and money. I came to your website because I saw a review from a trusted customer on youtube and she raved about how well the glasses were and how quick she got her order. HA! That couldn’t be further from the truth for me! I’ve attempted MULTIPLE times to call you all from the number on the website and no matter what day of the week or time of the day, I can NEVER get through. I want my glasses please!!!! I’ve seen them offer reshipment to other customers but to me, I get the same response…. “nothing they can do”. I don't get why no one will help me. A refund was never given to me, i have yet to receive my glasses, and no one honestly seems to care.

Have been looking and very excited to buy glasses from this company but every time I enter my prescription it processes endlessly! I'm not sure if it is a problem with the server, but I have tried uploading my prescription and processing it on both google chrome and safari and to no avail! I just want to buy some glasses and I am extremely disappointed that such a stupid problem is prohibiting me from being able to see!

I have been contacting this company for weeks, and each time they tell me my package is on it's way but they never let me know when it will arrive or where it is. I placed the order on September 29th, and it's now November 3rd and I have no glasses. I've order many items from China and they take time but never this long. I was skeptical ordering from them considering the price, and all I really want are new glasses BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE! I will likely just order some Warby Parkers and wait to see if these ever arrive.

I ordered two pairs of glasses over a week ago and even payed for the best shipping and I do not have them. I have emailed and no response. When I track my order it has said "lens waiting" for the past 5 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

It's been a month and I still have no glasses! A refund was issues but I want my glasses. I have asked for my tracking number several times and they refuse to give it to me, a week ago they told me my glasses where in Chicago and still no glasses. For every time I contact them I get the same answers via email I was also told i should have paid for faster shipping. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!! Find something USA based who will not give you the run around.
