First of all they extended the coupon for a free pair of glasses- it only cost me about $15 including S&H and antireflective coating(which was abot $5). The glasses came in a beautiful case with a nice wipe cloth. However sadly enough that frame didn't fit my temple well. I tried to adjust to it for a week and failed. I contacted the support team. And they promptly replaced the first pair of glasses with another one. This new one looks so great. Am happy with the purchase and pleasantly surprised by their eagerness to keep the customers happy even at no fault of Firmoo's own.

I bought my first pair of glasses (and my first pair was free!) online through Firmoo. Customer service was very helpful, and it took a little less than 2 weeks to ship from China. The glasses are in great condition, super cute and most importantly, my prescription is accurate. I definitely would recommend this company!
