Firmoo is great! Honestly the best thing I could have done as far as my vision is concerned. Such great prices. My vision is terrible so at a typical optical place I'm usually stuck paying over $300 for just one pair! These prices are so much more affordable and the customer service us amazing. They are a pleasure to do transactions with and if anything goes wrong or may not be to your satisfaction they are on it and quick to help you out!

UPDATE: Kate in customer service contacted me and went above and beyond. Yes, its still upsetting that I was not aware it would be weeks before my glasses got here BUT they responded to my complaint quickly and efficiently. Thank you Kate and Firmoo. I am frustrated with this company. I place an order for glasses. They send me an email telling me that their is an error with the script. I respond to their email within hours. I respond by explaining to them that my glasses are broken and I need these asap. I can't see or drive without my glasses. They thank me and then process order. A few days later they send me an email telling me that they did not have the lens in stock and had to order them to please be patient. I get another email stating the lens arrived but they are damaged and that they had to re-order them. A few more days later they send me an email and tell me that the frames are on the way and they should arrive within 2-3 weeks. TWO to THREE weeks from a company that lists their address in New York? With further research I discover this company is in China. This is ridiculous. I needed to know this when I ordered the glasses... or on any one of the occasions they emailed me. I explained I needed these glasses asap. This is ridiculous. I sit and wait for my glasses

I have yet to receive my glasses yet, but the customer service so far has been amazing. They emailed to answer my questions about lenses, and also to triple check my perception since it was my first time ordering online. I'm very pleased so far.

The absolute best glasses service I have ever used online and in person. I've been wearing glasses since I was 6 and I am just encountering Firmoo at 23 and they made sure every aspect of my frames and lenses were correct and then rushed the shipping because the amount of time it took! I have a very strong prescription and I've never loved my frames AND lenses more!

I am beyond satisfied with the customer support I have recieved. So much so that I make sure to spread the word about my favorite glasses site! Maggie was extremely professional, helpful and prompt in correspondence. More companies should aim for this standard in service and attitude. I would add a sixth star if I could.
