When Firmoo promises that they will offer a "100% satisfying solution in any case," you better believe it. I definitely believe that this company's main mission is to provide better vision to people around the world at a cheap price, because their service towards me was way above satisfactory and much better than what I ever expected. I ordered two pairs of glasses: Q5507(C2) and S5237(C11). It was a buy one get one free deal, and so the price stayed low. This was the first time I had purchased eyewear online (I heard from a blogger CathinCollege), and so when I received my glasses a few weeks later, I realized that I had overestimated my prescription. The glasses themselves were really cute and came with nicely designed cases and a few tools for tweaking the screws. The frames were also pretty true to the pictures online. Anyway, back to the situation at hand: the prescription. I was going to ignore the problem since it was my mistake, but Firmoo's follow up email made it so easy for me to connect with a customer service person. Upon hearing my problem, they said they would send me two new pairs with the right prescriptions, and that I could just donate my old pair to someone else. I've received them now, and am wearing one pair right now. Never did I expect such wonderful customer service!
