I have made several purchases from this company over a two year period. Their products are good and their service is excellent. The glasses that I purchase from them are of good quality and the Rx is accurate. I have never had a problem with their eyeglass production. Their responses to questions, order inquiries and modifications is impressive. I receive better support from them than I have from some Brick and Mortar Optical Stores. I will continue to make my purchases from them.

I accidentally ordered my glasses with an incorrect prescription. I realized this before I even received my glasses in the mail. Firmoo was extremely helpful and offered to send me another pair if I just cover the shipping. I've since received the incorrect pair and I LOVE the frames. Can't wait to receive the correct pair. I will definitely be ordering another pair soon and am sharing with my friends as well.

I love Firmoo. Great prices and even better customer service. I bought two pairs of prescription glasses during one of their buy one get on free sales, and didn't end up liking the way they looked on me. I contacted customer service and got a response the same day, even though it was a weekend. They offered to send me two new pairs of glasses for free and all I had to pay was shipping, or a gift card for the amount I spent. They even let me keep the glasses I didn't like! What a great company!

The representative, Kate, was incredibly thorough and concise; she was also very understanding and willing to do what she could to ease the situation. I ordered the wrong color on a pair of glasses, but it had a defective lens when I received it. I was able to get a new pair remade in the color I wanted at no cost. It was a great experience, you should definitely give Firmoo a try!
