Bad and cheap quality frames no joy for waiting 5 or 6 days for your prescription glasses there is no answer from the customer service either despite the email

I usually order my glasses from Zenni optical who I highly recommend ! This was my first time purchasing from Firmoo and my experience has been horrible... I am from the East side of the USA, I placed my order on February 5th, and my order has showed no progress since the 6th... I've contacted them twice and received no response. My experience has not been as great as everyone else. UPDATE: Thank you for finally replying, yes I finally did receive some kind of answer from customer service.By paying with a credit card they offered me a refund within 15-30 DAYS !! It took them 1-2 days to charge my account. Potential customer please keep in mind..I WAS FINALLY CONTACT WHEN I POSTED A BAD REVIEW.. As I stated before I highly recommend Zenni Optical :)

I've had multiple problems with this site. The first time I tried to order glasses the site wouldn't let me pay for them and I had to wait A WEEK before it finally would let me. NOW, I've ordered two pairs and went the extra step to PAY for 3-day shipping. Its been 5 days and yes I understand that there was a warning about the delay BUT I just checked the tracking order and it hasn't even been shipped out yet. It's still processing. I've just gone through the reviews of this site on trust pilot and apparently you think its okay to charge $12.95 for express shipping and not fully disclose that lense processing is going to take 2-3 weeks. This is fraud. I am thoroughly disappointed and I will not be ordering with this site again.

I didn’t received my package yet. I’m very disappointed about the shipping and the very poor information about the delay.

These came and looked enormous on my face. I hated them the minute I put them on, but decided to see if I could get used to them. Later on still hating them I asked to exchange for a new pair, but all they offered was 30% a new pair. I live on a fixed income. SO disappointed.

Terrible quality glasses, the glasses were distorted and didn't sit correctly on my face. Asked for a refund and they only refunded the frames.....Glasses look good online but once you get them, you figure out why it's made in China. Fishy that they let you keep the glasses regardless of trying to return, must be really cheap to make that they can afford to do that. Bought some quality glasses from EyeBuyDirect, spend some more money to get the quality you deserve. Never buying from firmoo again, obviously gives a bunch of "influencers" free glasses that want free stuff so they give glorified reviews for these glasses.

I Purchased my glasses Aug. 6 2017, they shipped out about 5 days later. I waited around 2 weeks for any update (which I expected). I was so excited to get a text from USPS saying that my package was in NY and scheduled for delivery on Aug 22. Aug. 22 came and I got a text from USPS saying that my address was undeliverable. I panicked and quickly called USPS. THE PROCESS WAS A NIGHTMARE. I spoke with so many people and everyone confirmed that my address for the package was correct. I even went back to my confirmation email and the shipping address I wrote was correct. I was told that the company must of wrote my address wrong on the package or the package could of gotten ruined during shipping so there was nothing I could do. Once a package is deemed undeliverable they send it back to the sender. I am very frustrated because none of this is my fault. I have sent an email to Firmoo to see what the next course of action will be. I carefully read their policy for refund/returns and it seems like this particular situation wont be eligible. I am worried I will have to pay again for shipping and have to wait another two weeks. I have read from past reviews that they have very good customer service so i am still hoping we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible without any extra payment. I still have hope that everything will work out so this review is not permanent. Depending on how everything goes I will update with a very honest review then. UPDATE: After speaking with customer service they were able to resend a new pair of glasses quickly. Unfortunately, the prescription was off and so I cannot wear the glasses. I double checked and my prescription was entered correctly so I am not sure why my prescription is so weak. I kept comparing them with my old glasses and even glasses from very long ago and they were still significantly weaker. Also, the lenses are SO much thicker then my old glasses. I don't understand this especially since I paid extra for the slim option. As much as I appreciate the customer support, I am still very disappointed with my experience and truly regret ever making any purchase. In the end I will have to lose money on shipping and for the incorrect lenses.

Very poor quality lenses. They both cracked on my face while I was standing in the sun. Do not recommend
