Incredible company!! Their customer service is TOP notch. I haven't experienced customer service anywhere like this online. Their prices are unbeatable, the quality is unmatched. I own 5 pairs and have my 6th in my cart as we speak. Shipping is fast.. like I've waited longer at stores for glasses to come in. Firmoo has glasses at my door in less than a week and they're shipping from China. I don't know how they do it, but I love em for it! Thank you Firmoo <3

Absolutely fantastic! This company didn't play games with my products. They were fast, generous, and worth the money. I ordered from Firmoo on a Thursday or Friday and had my glasses that following Monday. I couldn't believe how quick they took. Firmoo was fantastic at emailing me and letting me know how long it would take for everything. They sent me a tracking number which I used and couldn't believe how fast they got here. Everything was packaged perfectly. I even received a welcoming surprise that I didn't expect. It was so worth the money! A huge deal so worth it. I can see clearly again and everything fits perfectly! I HIGHLY recommend getting your next pair of glasses from Firmoo and saving yourself a headache and expense.

I've ordered four frames from Firmoo. The first three where a success and had a normal prescription. The frames are very inexpensive but don't look like it. The frames I bought are sturdy and almost a year later and they still look great. The fourth frame had a progressive prescription that I order for my mother the frame was great like the previous ones but the lense was defective. The service was great I contacted them and they provided a refund. Thank you Firmoo please continue your great customer service.
