The shipping is so fast, and they will always go out of their way to help you with any problem you might have during or after the process. Firmoo customer service always goes above and beyond to help, I've always received super fast responses and any issues have always been resolved. I've placed several glasses orders and the prescriptions are always completely on point, and the anti-reflective coating is better than ones I've gotten at retail glasses stores.
