Very Happy with My Glasses & Customer Service! I recently ordered a pair of glasses on Firmoo and I was surprised at how quickly they arrived as well as the overall quality of my frames and prescription lenses. The only thing that I was not completely satisfied with was that there was a lot of glare from the lenses. Luckily I contacted customer service and received a reply very quickly. Kate, my customer service representative, was extremely kind and helpful and made this experience so much better! I am very satisfied with the glasses now and also impressed with Firmoo's customer service.

Stylish frames for affordable prices 💜

Very impressed with this company ! I was a bit skeptical when I first purchased, the price seemed to good but I decided to try it and am super glad I did. My first 2 pairs where awesome ! I measured my current glasses to get an idea if what size frames I liked and the 2 I ordered where perfect and the prescription perfect . I then ordered 2 more pairs but for some reason the prescription seemed off our backwards and seemed to strain my eyes a bit. I remembered they had sent me a email after I received the order saying to feel free to respond to it for customer support if something wasn't right so I did and.....WOW! Thst was prob. The best customer support I've received in a long long time. They where happy to work with me and let me choose 2 new pairs for free! They where so easy to work with which I highly appreciated since so many companies out you through the ringer and it only took a few emails back and forth . I will be using this company forever now . I highly recommend them !

I had a really good experience, I had a few problems and Vizy was very helpful and understanding. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time. Vizy went above and beyond to help me which is very rare these days. I will be using this website in the future.
