I have had the best experience with Firmoo. I entered an incorrect prescription when ordering my glasses and didn't realise until the glasses arrived. Firmoo, and my amazing consultant Lynn, replaced the glasses for me with me just paying the cost of shipping. This error was totally mine and the business didn't at all need to fix it. I feel they have gone above and beyond and have gained a customer for life. The glasses are gorgeous too by the way and so well priced. Turnaround time and shipping was also speedy so A+++ in my book.

Such a great company I've bought something like 7 pairs of glasses and sunglasses all prescription from Firmoo.Com and not once have they let me down every time I wear a new pair from Firmoo I get lots of compliments and when I tell my freindo what I paid they want to know all about their site I couldn't recommend them any higher and buying at least 7 pair in like the last month I think I'm a pretty good judge of this company Firmoo.Com is absolutely awesome

I was a little disappointed at first because I tried to use a new-comer discount and it didn't work. But when I notified them, they refunded it right away. I decided to try again with a 50% discount code and I'm really happy I gave firmoo another chance. I love my glasses and was impressed that they came with a case, cleaning cloth, cloth bag and a small repair kit. For the price, I would gladly recommend these to everyone. I'll be getting a prescription pair soon and plan to use firmoo for my purchase.

They accidentally sent me a pair of sunglasses, but I got to keep them. Prescription and the quality of the frames are awesome. And the customer service is the best. Shout out to Maggie!

My pair of glasses either had a crack or somehow got a seriously bad scratch on the lenses. I reached out to my service agent Lynn and told her my problem, she was super quick to response, super helpful and super nice! I seriously couldn't have asked for better assistance! You guys rock!
