Excellent and timely service every time!

Great company and great product! Ordered glasses for my son and they came in and were a too small for him. I contacted Firmoo and they immediately got on the job and started making new glasses to replace the too small ones. They took care of us and in no time we had the new set of glasses. They were perfect. Looks and fits great. This is the 6th pair of glasses we have purchased from Firmoo. Have been completely satisfied with all the purchases!!! Thanks Firmoo...you all rock!!!

Great service, easy to order. Lenses were $29 (I think) for 1.67 strength vs. $230 in Australia. Will shop again for son and daughter and recommend to friends.

Very happy with my glasses that I ordered . I do wish that the company had a customer support line rather than just an email account to contact. This is a huge downfall for me. If I have a problem or question I like to deal directly with someone. They do have a phone number to contact but when you call it just goes to voicemail and asks you to leave a message and you don't get the opportunity to speak with someone. And they don't list the hours that the call Center is open either. Although email is a nice second option for when your in a hurry. But setting that aside my glasses arrived quickly and were perfect and I love the fit and look and quality of the glasses. For such a cheap price they are great quality. I haven't had a single problem with any of the ones I have purchased.
