I’ve orders from Firmoo 3 times now! They have the most stylish frames and so many lens options. Shipping takes a bit but the glasses are so customized it doesn’t bother me. I really love them everytime and you can’t beat the price.

He tingut una experiència realment excel·lent amb Firmoo. Vaig comprar unes ulleres bifocals però vaig cometre un error en introduir les dades de la prescripció. Quan els vaig contactar per veure si hi havia alguna solució, el seu servei d’atenció al client va ser extraordinari: em van oferir un cupó per poder comprar-ne unes altres. Vaig fer una nova comanda i aquesta vegada vaig enviar una foto de la prescripció de l’oculista (ho recomano molt per evitar errors amb les lents). Les noves ulleres han arribat perfectes i funcionen de meravella. Vull destacar que l’error va ser meu, però tot i així Firmoo va respondre amb una actitud molt professional i generosa. El tracte ha estat excel·lent. A més, fa poc vaig pagar uns 600 € per unes ulleres en una òptica tradicional, i sincerament aquestes fan exactament la mateixa funció. Si ho hagués sabut abans, hauria anat directament a Firmoo. Heu guanyat un client. Moltíssimes gràcies! Els recomano al 100%. I ho dic amb tota objectivitat: ningú m’ha pagat res per escriure això, simplement estic molt i molt content amb l’experiència.
