Quality glasses, great prices, fast shipping. The packaging is also very nice, with pretty bags, and sturdy cases. They all come with the little tools and cleaning cloths. The customer service is great, haven't had to have any problems fixed because every order has been perfect, but they care about your experience and want to make you happy as their customer. I had lots of coupons in with my package today. Very happy customer!

Really high quality glasses for the price, the frame is very light weight, comfortable and the lenses for my high prescription were very thin. Glasses arrived in the UK in 1 week so exactly the same as a brick and mortar store and probably 1/3 the price.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such wonderful customer service. They make the whole experience worth a repeat in business , alone. I'm currently waiting on my third pair to be mailed.😊

I really needed a pair of affordable glasses, and I was tired of the same old gold wire frames. I came across firmoo and it was like I was in candy land. So many options to choose from at such great prices. I love the frames I picked...the prescription is perfect and they fit great. But the biggest standout for me with firmoo is the customer service. They are on top of whatever you need, I changed which frames I wanted, had to adjust my prescription, change my PD, and get express shipping and all these thing were done for me no problem, they responded to all my request asap. I will definitely recommend firmoo to anyone who wears glasses.

Excellent customer service! This is the best online company I've purchased from; and the quality of the glasses offered, for the price is too hard to beat!
