I had an amazing experience with this company! My glasses are beautiful and were extremely affordable! They arrived way faster than I thought they would as well! I sent them an email to say thank you and from that I know that they do actually read your emails and they will respond quickly! They responded to mine very quickly! Great service, great product. So far, I'm extremely satisfied. Very cool that I can get 2 cool prescription glasses cheaper than I could get 1 through insurance!!! The glasses fit well and look awesome. :) I definitely recommend Firmoo (as I already have to my friends ;) )

Firmoo customer service has proven to be really helpful. They actually followed through on things. I would suggest that if you had not purchased glasses online before or have very high prescription, you should ask them for recommendations, i learnt a few things this way.
