I’m IN LOVE with Firmoo. I usually order my glasses from Zenni but I found Firmoo on Instagram and started searching their website. When I saw how big of selection they had I couldn’t resist on ordering. My shipment came in less than a week and I was thrilled when I opened my package. Both glasses came with their own hard glass case, a glass cleaning cloth, and one came with a regular sized tool to fix my glasses and the other came with a pocket size that I can put on my keychain. I’ve never been so happy about getting glasses!

The customer service I received from Maggie is excellent and is one of the biggest influences on why I give this company that rating. Very satisfied!

I paid for express shipping, and when I didn’t receive them within the 3-5 days after shipment I was refunded the shipping cost immediately! Operators were extremely polite and helpful. After receiving the glasses after about 10 days after shipment, we couldn’t be happier! Great quality frames and perfect lenses. You cant beat the low price and the high quality of these glasses. Definitely will be using the next time me or someone in my family needs a new pair.

Highly recommend for anyone seeking stylish glasses. For once I do not feel ugly in my glasses. One pair I received I did not like when trying it on, so Firmoo gave me a code to receive a new pair. Completely, satisfied and will be ordering more glasses in the future.
