I love Firmoo selection of glasses. The customer service is truly amazing. I had a problem with a pair of glasses and they were very kind and quickly willing to help the situation. Having great product is nothing if you don't have the great customer service with it and from my experience Firmoo has both.

Excellent experience with Firmoo. Nice finish and very accurate prescription. I have no complaints. I've already ordered the second pair of glasses and can't wait to get them. The website works perfectly and it is very user friendly. I recommend it without any reservations.

I'm extremely pleased with Firmoo customer service. I made my best decision to select the right glasses, but when I received them I wasn't happy with my choices. The Firmoo agent gave me a refund for one pair and a credit on the second pair to purchase something new. I chose a new pair but was not happy with that choice. Firmoo offered me a complete refund. It's rare these days to find a company that offers such excellent customer service.

LOVE buying when they have their 100% of sales and I just pay shipping. Glasses come quickly, usually about a week to Canada. Prescription is accurate to my 2 frames and they feel like great and sturdy quality.
