Excellent quality glasses. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Great Value for your money! Thank You Firmoo!!!

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Firmoo and received them within 2 weeks. However, one of the glasses made me feel dizzy compared to the other one. I emailed Firmoo customer service and I got a respond back within 2 hours. (Super fast customer service!) The customer representative explained to me that the glasses I order had a 10mm difference in PD when the best PD distance is within 8mm. It was a very detailed explanation that she gave me. She offered to give me a coupon with the price of how much I paid for it so I can place a new order. I would only have to pay the shipping fee and was able to place a new order with the correct PD range using the coupon! Best customer service ever!! The glasses are high quality too, lightweight and stylish!!
