The customer service have been nothing but kind! I needed my glasses ASAP as I was moving to England from the states. It usually takes two weeks for your glasses to arrive, but i revived mine in less than a week! The lenses on the glasses are a great quality also. Honestly been a great experience.

I absolutely love the glasses at Firmoo. They not only have a zillion choices but they are extremely affordable and are quality glasses. In addition, they literally have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I did not like the way a frame I ordered fit on my face and Agnes was super friendly and allowed me to exchange the pair and only pay the shipping cost. I will absolutely order all my glasses from here and recommend them to anyone who wears glasses! I have no complaints!
