This company has amazing customer service. Their products are affordable and worth the try. There is a certain ease of shopping online for glasses, besides the price. I liked the ability to try-on online before I buy, it helped me pick a pair that suited my face or style I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase and would consider them again in the future for glasses.

I have never ordered glasses online before so I was really anxious about wasting money on frames that wouldn't look good or lenses I couldn't see through! Thankfully the gamble really paid off! The frames are great, they fit beautifully and they come with a tool kit so if they don't fit perfectly you can adjust them. I was contaced by Firmoo as they were worried about my PD numbers being wrong, I re assurmed them I'd been measured by an optition and they made the glasses as I requested. I can see perfectly! I'm so impressed, I'll absolutely use them again and I'd recomend anyone else to try them.

I really love Firmoo.com- they sell cute glasses for a really reasonable price. They provide all of the information about the frames that a person needs, to find well-fitting frames that flatter your face. Thanks to their great deals, I now have a new favorite pair, a backup pair, ANOTHER backup pair, AND a prescription pair of sunglasses- I could never afford to do that through my optometrist's office! Also, they're really, really accurate on prescriptions- I've never gotten a pair from Firmoo that wasn't correct (although I have locally, which speaks volumes about the quality of some of our local providers!), and every pair has fit correctly, right out of the package. Great quality, and great service- I would recommend them to anyone who wants great glasses for a decent price.

Amazing amazing !! The shipping here is fast and they are always quick to replying their emails and helping with your needs. When I ordered my glasses I wanted to change a frame so I emailed them and they changed it for me and did not take a long time at all and my glasses came earlier than I had expected . I also asked to get a new pair of glasses since mine broke and they did that as well. I am super happy with this company and will be sure to order more.
