I had a bit of a hard time ordering my glasses--my issues not Firmoo-- and the CS representative, Jack, helped me EVERYTIME I messaged him, with in 24 hours! He always had a pleasant response and helped me with no issues. I highly recommend Firmoo and their selection is incredible!

Had an issue with my original order when it arrived that was no fault of Firmoo. They went above and beyond to take care of my concern. It's not often anymore you find customer service that is this responsive. I am totally happy with my new glasses and would highly recommend them to everyone. I was apprehensive doing this all on line, but the cost savings was well worth it. The amazing thing was I had my glasses 1 week from when I placed the order. Was shocked when they said they shipped and they ended up on my doorstep 2 days later! Pretty amazing knowing that they came from China. Don't be afraid to do business with this organization as they are the best!!!!!

They are very helpful with any order, and they even have notification emails about your package and order, AND even tells you where your package is and provides a tracking number. I truly LOVED ordering from them! BEYOND five stars!

At first you may be skeptical but after plugging my prescription in and recieving the glasses, I found out Firmoo was no joke. Seeing affordably is a joy and in style is just the plus of it all. Who needs to be paying $200 or $300+ for glasses when you can go to Firmoo and buy a pair that is $39 or less!
