CS rep Agnes was able to accommodate my request and even did so retroactively so I was able to save money on a purchase I already made. This was more than I expected. I am very pleased.

I got my glasses in a week or a week and a half. I honestly wasn't expecting it to arrive that quick. The quality of the glasses I got were Great! Kudos to Firmoo for ensuring their customers receive a great shopping experience. They include all the little accessories you need to maintain your glasses and that, in my opinion, is going above and beyond.

My two pairs of glasses came extremely quickly, and were exactly what was pictured and described on the website. My prescription was accurate. Unfortunately, one pair did not suit me, so I contacted customer service for help on exchanging them. The agent got back to me within 6 hours via email, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I was given a credit to my account for the cost of the glasses, and was told to keep or donate the unwanted pair.

I am pleasantly surprised!!! I was worried these would be too small but they fit perfectly according to the measurements and the white outline is super edgy! I have a +.75 in both lenses and the lenses work as needed. Will buy again!
