EXCELLENT customer service. I had planned on exchanging a pair of glasses I wasn't 100% feeling the look of, and thought I'd need to go through all the trouble of shipping them back overseas. They told me not to worry about that and sent me a voucher code to buy a different pair with! I get to keep the glasses I bought (or donate them, as they gently suggest) and only paid shipping for the second pair. I am genuinely so happy with how hassle-free this experience has been. I ordered two pairs of the large round glasses which I simply couldn't find anywhere, they arrived in NZ and delivered to me via courier within days of me purchasing them!! The box contained half a dozen or so coupons for 50% off which is a great gift. The glasses all came with spare screws, a glasses case each and a soft case each all very good quality. Overall the glasses are of great quality and the prescription is perfect!! Won't be needing to go to an optometrist to buy glasses any more for $400+ each that's for sure!! Definitely recommend just ensure you read the measurements and compare them to a pair of glasses that you currently have that suit your face as with all online shopping its hard to imagine a pair without trying them on. Thank you so much guys i love them =D Also the customer care is one of the best they replied to all emails within a few hours too which is great!!

CS agent Agnes is most helpful friendly person I have encountered in a very long time in retail. My previous glasses order had damage that i reported. Ms Agnes offered to help right away with several options to fix the problems. From that experience I walked away happy and placed a second order for other glasses. The service at Firmoo is second to none and they take care of the customer.
