I placed my order on 26 September, and paid for express delivery. It is now 14 October and I still don't have my glasses. Firmoo.uk is misleading as I thought they were a Uk company but they are not.

I ordered glasses over a month ago and still haven’t received them. I contacted them and they just told me my parcel was lost. Awful service.

The order I places was rejected the next day without explanation, well at least I received my refund...

Absolutely useless with the logistics. Been waiting a month for my glasses and I’m still waiting for the tracking to be updated, so have no idea where they are. I’ll make sure to let other know how bad the service is.

Edit: y’all trying to make me sound stupid or something. I have a screenshot of your customer service rep telling me that they’re the same thing. the first free pair isn’t actually free. there’s a hidden extra processing fee that shows up in the email confirmation receipt only. I know that I have to pay extra for blue-light lenses and whatnot. I was fine with that. what I wasn’t fine with was y’all advertising as free lenses when in reality it was the same as your first pair for 4.95 offer. if y’all are gonna lie then just offer only that in the first place. take your bs excuse out of here and just own up to trying to scam us. Original Review: I got an offer for a free first pair and decided to use it. a friend bought hers using the $4.95 first pair code not even a week ago only paying an additional shipping fee. I bought my pair today and only in the email confirmation did I see a hidden processing fee of $4.95 (not shown at checkout) I asked the chat agent why I was charged for this but my friend wasn’t. they were nice and honest and said it’s basically the same thing but wow. ok. immediately cancelled my order. it’s not the $4.95 that’s the issue, it’s the fact that it’s such an unethical low life way for them to get their measly money. just don’t even offer the free pair at that point. can’t support a company that will hide hidden fees until an email confirmation to get their money. what a scam.

Glasses were okay at first, so cheap it took my eyes a few minutes to adjust, however I bought them for the sole purpose of the clip on sunglasses that were an additional price, and those clip ons are the worst things imaginable. They barely fit but were okay enough, but then within 20 minutes and literally only putting them up twice, they broke. I was gutted and I hate how I've wasted money. Then after 2 days of wear, the glasses themselves broke at the hinge. I have wasted $100 on clip ons that broke after 20 mins and glasses that broke after 2 days. Also their CSR threatened that they'd refuse to help me if I reported them to PayPal for sending poor quality items... Garbage!

I used to rate Firmoo pretty good. However I started to see a decline in their frames. They will say they are the same when they are slightly different from the ones I’ve ordered before. The sizes of frames are also off. I have bought many glasses from these place. I paid extra to get my lenses thinner. When I received them I saw no change in lens thickness. A rep tried to tell me that the size of my glasses made the lenses thicker. Frames can determine some thickness in lenses. However if I had a pair that was very similar and these were way thinner. These ppl will tell you anything! They do not like to hear the truth to better the company. This place will NEVER MAKE A DIME OFF ME AGAIN. It takes forever to get your order. It’s not bc of the pandemic either. I just learned they are based in China. They ship glasses from China to Cali. BEWARE! My optician which I’ve known since I was 10 laughed at your glasses on FaceTime. Btw we are in a Pandemic, STAY AT HOME ORDER! So I’m not going anywhere diff not over a pair of cheap glasses when I’m used to buying brands over $600.00 MY GLASSES ARE AS THICK AS A CUSTOMER WHO HAS A -9.00. Come on what a joke. I’m a - 4.75, -4.25. That’s a BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Btw Firmoo you proved my point by not wanting to hear the truth. Bc Firmoo just couldn’t make a mistake smh,everyone stick to your local doctor or store for eyewear!

Honestly, I would have a more accurate review if I had the product, but being as its past the estimated delivery time and hasn’t even entered the US yet and the only thing they did was offer a discount on a future order or a return of the cost of shipping (I don’t want a stupid coupon or $5 back for shipping, I want my SIGHT BACK. Also, I specifically asked before I even placed the order if the coronavirus would affect my order (I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue) I don’t think I’ll be interested in purchasing from this company in the future. For the past 2 weeks I’ve been told that I’ll receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days. They said that my order was shipped out on the 9th of April but I NEVER got tracking info. How can you ship a product out without having tracking information to send to the customer? I get that this whole coronavirus affects certain things, but how is it that I can get other products from out of the country without an issue, but when it comes to this company I don’t have it. Somethings fishy with that, I don’t even know if shipping has been attempted yet honestly, but all I’m told is “just wait until your estimated shipping day, and we will go from there”. This company is not worth my time and if you can’t get me my product, just have the decency to refund my money so that I can go order glasses through my doctor now that they are open. 10/10 would not recommend.
