I has a confusion about my lenses. I asked in the chat and Rims was absolutely AMAZING! They answered all my questions and helped when I was struggling with picking the correct lenses. They ensured that all the information was correct and accurate before I bought my glasses. Customer service was wonderful!

Although I couldn't determine how to purchase simple reading glasses, I put a note in my order and they immediately contacted me for clarification. I would suggest they make that a specific option on their ordering process. And even though the shipping took quite a long time, but for the quality, service, and price, I am happy to wait a bit.
