Comprei um óculos progressivos, estes não me agradaram e pedir o reembolso. Foi enviado um voucher para repetir a encomenda. Foram-me enviados outros óculos com os mesmo problemas que os primeiros. Como não insisti no reembolso aquando do primeiro envio, agora já não me reembolsam! PS: tentei devolver os dois pares, mas nem eles os querem!

Good quality glasses and responsive helpful customer service. Minus for the ultra confusing discount options, it's never clear what's included and you have to test all the codes to find out which gives you the better deal.
