Agnes responded reasonably on time and made accomdations to all the problems I was encountering with my broken glasses. She was very polite and made the process simple and clear to follow.

Agnes has been absolutely amazing! She has answered every single question, sent me real natural light photos of the products I’m interested in, & has helped me make better shipping arraignments. She is one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. And I plan to order many more glasses from her in the soon future, & also refer to all my friends.

I order two frames, basic lens and was not disappointed. I just placed another order for 3 frames 2/14/18. I can't wait to take them to my eye doc for my prescription lens.
