Very prompt service. Very professional and courteous.

So happy with my glasses! I placed my first order with the promo buy one get one free and I loved them. One pair did fit a little loose, but the representative worked fast and efficiently for me to be able to replace them and get another pair. He was so helpful. My prescription was perfect and I could see so good with them, I was extremely satisfied and happy. Thanks firmoo! I will definitely keep ordering from you guys.

I am very happy with the service of my CSR. Not only that I get my problems addressed but also I get good advice.
