je ne sais pas encore si les foyers sont corrects..il me semble qu ils ne sont pas assez forts...je vais attendre ca fait juste 3 jours que j ai recu mes lunettes..

Very prompt and clear.

I had previously ordered glasses from Firmoo and they're my favorite glasses. After a whole year of treating them terribly, they finally broke. I went online to order new ones and then when they came to my house I had figured out a way to fix my precious old ones which I broke. So, I emailed the service team and let them know I wanted to return them. It went flawlessly, and I got a refund without needing to send them back. I'll always use Firmoo. The response was fast too. I emailed them at 2am and they responded within an hour. Amazing company, amazing products!

I got my new glasses in a week and I love them! The only problem was I felt dizzy wearing them. I contacted customer service, and Alex was a great help! He looked at my prescription, and offered advice on how to fix my problem! I received a code so I could reorder and all I need to pay for is shipping. And I do not have to go through the hassle of shipping the first pair back! I can either keep or donate them! I would highly recommend Firmoo to anyone!

Prices and sales are always fantastic. The quality is so high end. I recommend firmoo to everyone. I get so many compliments on my glasses too.
