Really fantastic customer service and beautiful products. I'm so picky when it comes to frames and especially since I have a really small face, it's harder to find things that fit properly. I have 8 pairs from this website now and only had 2 that I didn't love. So very pleased with all of my purchases!!!!

Awesome service, at least from my personal CS agent. They're always on top of replying to you as soon as they can. They have great English and tend to bold the key points in their emails, which not only looks well-formatted but is very helpful. My agent was extremely sincere and helpful and when they say that making you satisified is their biggest goal, they're not joking. They have made my experience with Firmoo much more enjoyable because I could always expect a prompt reply, though I had to consider the time zone differences. When I wasn't completely happy with my glasses because they didn't really work with my nose and ears, they gave me a very humble and awesome solution. I don't want to say what it is, but you can find out for yourself how great this company really is. I am genuinely impressed. I approve!

We have ordered glasses for my husband. There was a mistake made when entering the prescription. Firmoo is currently busy replacing the wrong one with the correct one without any cost except for the transport. Excellent We will definitely make use of this company for all new glasses in future.

I will recommend this company to everyone I know who wears glasses! They have so many styles to choose from and the prices are much better than then buying your glasses at your local eye doctor office. Will definitely purchase more in the future.

Molly was exceptional. She was very thoughtful, and offered me the best customer service I ever received yet. I told her that my glasses were slightly too big for my face, and that I wished to process to an exchange, and she kindly offered me an online-store credit. I got to keep the previous pair of glasses that I ordered, and got a new pair for free. She went beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anybody.
