The first ordered was my mistake. I wrong the prescription wrongly and they helped me figure it out because I could not see at all. I emailed them back for a return and they send me a coupon so I just pay for shipping to have a new glasses. Thank you so much!

Webstore is easy to use and has good filters for searching your perfect pair. Glasses were super cute and good quality. Price couldn't be beat. Got the glasses home quicker than expected. I contacted the Customer Service, because I had a slight confusion with the delivery. The issue was totally on my local courier company's service, but Firmoo Customer Rep Maggie made me feel reassured that if there would be any issue they would provide excellent help. Will give the coupons received to my family and friends and recommend to everyone!
