I had to make an exchange on glasses, customer service replied quickly and helped make it a quick and easy process!

Purchased my very first pair a year ago. It was excellent and truly beautiful. Though then I had some issues with the lens. I contacted the customer service and they were quick in responding and providing with an excellent service recovery which honestly, you can't get anywhere else. I then got myself a pair of new glasses and have recommended to many families and friends eversince. Don't think I'll buy my glasses elsewhere besides Firmoo. Excellent!

I went online to see how to do a return and found it right away. I was told to email them about my return. I emailed them and I got an auto response saying Maggie would contact me within 24 hours. About 3 hours later Maggie contacted me and helped me with doing a return. I was able to get a better deal than what I expected. My Senior CSR Maggie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Firmoo for making this such an easy experience.

eva was super helpful & quick to respond back to my emails. a pair of glasses I ordered didn’t work out for me as my (high prescription -7.5) lenses were way too heavy for the metal frames I chose so she refunded me my money back right away & didn’t request me to have to send the glasses back. have recommended firmoo to friends & will continue to ☺️

Product was much more affordable than average prescription glasse. Sturdy and very well made tint/ prescription. Much nicer in person than in person. Service was excellent as well.
