The best glasses for the best price! I will never buy anywhere else!

I'm legally blind, with a very high prescription that most companies won't touch...and getting glasses offline would cost more than $700. With Firmoo, I can get top-quality glasses made in just a week or two for under $150! And that's WITH fancy lens upgrades, high-Rx charges, and photochromic tint (which, incidentally, no other online company will provide at high Rx). Every time I've had an issue, Firmoo has responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and provided amazing customer service. From remaking glasses that weren't quite right to checking the warehouse to see if the frames I want might be available even though they're listed as "out of stock," Firmoo really goes the extra mile every single time. My glasses are almost always perfect (and I've had opticians be shocked that they were ordered online, they're so good and accurate). And on the few occasions that there's been an issue? Firmoo has made it right immediately and easily. I won't order glasses anywhere else at this point. They're friendly, accurate, high-quality, and amazingly responsive. It completely makes up for any small issues of limited stock or selection, or frames selling out. Highly recommended!!!

Customer Service is excellent bar none. I had an issue with my order and customer service took very good care of me at their expense. Firmoo is the way to go for your glasses purchase!

This was my first time purchasing from Firmoo and it was such a great experience! They have a huge selection of cute and stylish frames for a good price. I ordered three pairs but unfortunately didn’t like how two of them looked on me so I contacted their customer service to do an exchange. The process was quick and easy!
