FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I was apprehensive at first ordering glasses online at such a low price. When I received them, I was impressed! The rx is spot on and the quality of the frames is amazing! The inside of the frames indicates they are titanium. They are solid, strong and great quality.

I just received my pair of glasses , thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️ I am so so happy that I found your website , very clean packing , and the glasses are top notch, very good fit, definitely i will come back for sure to purchase again. And I'll recommend all my friends tooo, thank you firmoo 🥹❤️

Great customer service and fast to answer my questions and issued a solution that was more than what I was expecting. I will be a permanent customer.

My first pair of glasses I ordered was too big, but Firmoo was excellent in the exchange process and I love the new pair that fits just right. Excellent customer service

I was so worried about ordering them as someone with a high prescription (-6.5) but they honestly turned out amazing on all three pairs I ordered. I got the second to last thinning and started to regret it but when they came they were all perfect and were the exact same as my spectsavers it terms of lenses but for once I got fun styles.

Servizio clienti impeccabile!

Had a great experience with firmoo, after my first pair was wrong they sent me a code for another pair to buy, they came but wasn’t right so had another code to buy, I wasn’t happy with those the fit wasn’t right! So after the third pair they sent me another code I found a smaller frame they came today and fit perfect! Will defo be buying from firmoo again , I wear bifocals and I got a pair for under £50! I wouldn’t be able to do that at a local optician!! Keep up the good work firmoo 😊
