The quality of their glasses was equal or better to that of other online eyewear companies I’ve used. They also double checked with me because my PD was smaller than normal. And when having an issue with one of the two pairs of glasses I ordered, it was quickly resolved by Agnes, the agent who assisted me in a matter of days. I would definitely recommend Firmoo, and if I need new glasses in the future, I would try them again.
