Laura is the best customer service rep. you will find anywhere. Firmoo is an excellent company. There is no need to be hesitant about shopping with them. I got great glasses, excellent customer service, shipping time was reasonable, and prices are low compared to what we pay here in the states. They also have a greater selection of glasses compared to most of the sites I have visited.

When I made a small change in my second order, Firmoo representative Winnie was in action! Concerned about these changes I was emailed if these changes were okay to proceed and I totally had errors in my order. If Winnie didn’t email me then I would’ve had the wrong glasses prescription! Excellent follow ups and customer service. A+

Never thought I will have such an awesome experience with Firmoo. The eyeglasses is perfect (S7715 (c78) purple/gold) Doesnt feel or look cheap at all! The lens are perfect as well! I hate shopping online because of the waiting but with Firmoo? I was surprise with their shipping, only took 6 days to get here to Canada all the way from China!
