I had Lynn and I originally ordered these frames that were Large and they were going to be too big for my PD and wasn’t going to work. I tried persuading Lynn those would be best, I even sent in a picture of me wearing some just like it with similar measurements but we both didn’t know the diagonal or vertical length of the lenses! So she informed me it would be best to pick a different pair of glasses that are smaller and broke everything down for me to better understand the reasoning behind it. She kept me informed on the time for processing as well as shipment and the refund from the difference of the glasses. Lynn was great and made this process very simple and enjoyable, even if it wasn’t face to face. I’ve already ordered a pair of non-prescription glasses from Firmoo and now I’m ordering my RX-prescription and I most certainly recommend them! Thanks again for your patience and assistance Lynn!! I’ve already told family about Firmoo and I will be showing off my next pair. 😁
