The glasses i ordered werent a great fit for my face so i decided to call and was forwarded to a voicemail. I left my order number and my email and the next day I received a response. They were quick to respond and super nice! I didnt have a hard time what so ever communicating with customer service. Any questions i had they clearly answered them and assured me the best possible outcomes. I really enjoy firmoo!
