Great glasses and great customer service!!

These are absolutely my favorite pair of glasses I've ever got online and this is my favorite place to get online glasses

Jack was fast to reply and solve my issue. Thanks again.

I don't need prescription glasses but I love that your able to get non Rx glasses as a selection on firmoo! A cute pair of glasses goes along way. And with the variety of styles firmoo offers you will definitely find something you will love!

The quality is unbelievable for it's price💗 Glasses are very sturdy and trendy . The shipping was pretty good and came on time. The website is so helpful when picking out the glasses you want and super easy to use! Would totally recommend this to anyone who needs glasses / wants glasses😊

Muchas gracias pro el servicio prestado!! Un saludo.

This company has very good and fair customer service. They treat you with the upmost respect. There prescription eyeglasses are very durable as well. What I like is the 3-month warranty on the glasses. I have and will continue to order prescription eyeglasses for my kids and myself. Thank you Firmoo.

The time difference made communication somewhat difficult, but my service representative Zanna was very helpful and kind. They will help you with complicated changes to your order if you need it.
