FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Ordering rx frames from Firmoo was so easy with Maggie’s help. She made sure that the rx that I entered was correct and that I also had a coupon code. Not only am I super impressed by Firmoo’s customer service, but their processing and shipping time was super fast. The frames are perfect! The size, the weight, the fit! Plus, I added the blue tint to them to protect my eyes when I’m using electronics. I love love love my glasses and can’t wait to order more!!! Thank you Maggie and Firmoo!

Very good service. I feel safe to safe that Sophie knows what she’s doing and actually wants to help.

I have been purchasing glasses from them for the past few years and they haven't disappointed. Customer Service to the glasses, I would highly recommend Firmoo!

I love them. I see perfect.. great quality..great fit and great price !! Im very pleased..im pretty impressed because of the price and quality. They sent a protective case n keyring eyeglasses screw drive , drawstring sleeve and a cleaning cloth free. Ive ordered 3 pr. And i love all 3. The bifocals in my prescription lenses cant be seen. With most providers they charge extra for that. I have no vision insurance. So FIRMOO saved me $$$...

Amazing Lots of stylish frames to choose from, customer service is very fast and reliable, received my glasses in the respected timeframe and quality is excellent (very sturdy) and the lens coating does not give me a headache. Very satisfied!

Really fast customer service, I value the problem solving team so fast and accurate. I can’t wait to receive and fit my glasses.

I contacted customer service with an issue with my prescription and Jack from customer service responded right away. He was very helpful and helped me locate the issue and provided me with a great solution to reorder the correct pair of glasses. I can’t wait to wear the new ones.

Bought 2 pairs of prescription glasses with blue blocking lenses [S350(C9) and LYC2311(C02)] on 3 May 2018 (about $140AUD total for both). Got them delivered May 15, in nice cases, prescription was correct (did take a day to get used to), and fitted me beautifully! The only issue I had was that I didnt realise the blue light blocking lenses were tinted blue/sepia, which didnt suit the clear pink frames I chose (also I paint alot and choosing colours was more difficult). The tint was less noticeable aesthetically for my other tortoise frames for some reason (but did still make everything warmer toned when wearing)...Anyway, got in touch with customer service yesterday 21 May, Sophie, my customer service Rep was awesome and understanding, replied 15mins later, got a discount code of ~$70AUD for to chose whichever new pair I wanted (had to pay shipping which was another ~$20AUD) They also let me keep my old pair instead of shipping them back. Overall amazing and cheap glasses, so glad I decided to try buying them online despite my high prescription (+5.0/+4.75), and really happy with the customer service when I wasn't 100% satisfied. 10/10 Would buy again (already searching for some new sunglasses!!!!!)
